Room Descriptions

The RB Solution Center offers a dynamic, state of the art, work and play environment for members and non-members.
Our goal is to help individuals, businesses and entrepreneurs plan and achieve business goals, enhance learning and networking, and to accelerate their business future.
The center was designed around our members and their needs and provides a solution to bridging individuals with the community to increase collaboration.

Private Office Space

The private, lockable, office space is exclusively rented to an individual entity. Private offices provide a quiet, confidential, and secure space to work and leave your belongings, while simultaneously allowing you to join in with the wider professional community when you fancy it. Private offices are a cost-effective way of renting commercial space as you only pay for the floor space that you will need while enjoying access to the Community Room, Member Pantry, Relaxation Room, and Learning Center.
Our private offices come in two sizes. Our Large Office Space is 16×11 and Small Office Space is 10×10. Both spaces are furnished (desk and chairs), internet-enabled, contain a mounted TV, and ready to use when you move in. A business mailing address is provided along with a business logo affixed to the office door. These offices are a brilliant way to combine a community of professionals just beyond your door and a place to retreat when you want to stay focused.

Personal Office Space

Want a cozy personal space for several hours per month to hold meetings with clients or conduct other business meetings? Then the RB Solution Personal Space is for you! Because so many freelancers, entrepreneurs, and small business owners nowadays don’t have access to a modern private office outside their homes, the RB Solution Center provides a space solution for them. The personal space is an enclosed office space for a single person or small group, usually up to four people. All the essentials for working in an office, such as high-speed internet connection, copiers, faxes, and telephones, are provided. The office is furnished with a desk and chairs, and a mounted television. A business mailing address is provided along with the option to purchase a business nameplate. A bonus is that since the RB Solution Personal Space often has renters from multiple enterprises, there are opportunities for networking.

Community Room

The RB Solution Center Community Room is a relaxing environment in the workspace where people can socialize without distracting others. Members can meet, learn, share ideas, and collaborate in the Community Room. The room contains three mounted televisions and comfortable seating where folks can take a load off when needed. Members can reserve the community room for webinars, podcasts, and video recording. The space can also be reserved to conduct any type of in-person class as it comfortably seats up to 20 individuals.

Member Pantry

No one likes working on an empty stomach. The RB Solution Center Member Pantry provides members with a refrigerator, microwave, unlimited water, tea, and coffee, PLUS various food and snack options daily. Need to unwind? Well, this is the place to be after 5 pm where Brian Joubert, will serve daiquiris and other alcoholic beverages.

Learning Center

The RB Solution Center Learning Center provides members with an exciting and interesting experience to practice, enrich and enhance learning. The Learning Center consists of 8-10 learning hubs that can be used for individualized or classroom-style educational activities. There are outlets and USB ports on the walls of each learning hub and generous work surfaces for members’ laptops and other educational tools.

Relaxation Room

The RB Solution Center is serious about not only taking care of the professional needs of their members but also their personal health needs. The Relaxation Room provides the tranquility and peace needed to reset ANY day that you are having. A little bit of time to yourself is just one of the indulgent treats that await you in the Relaxation Room. Massage therapists will be onsite to provide members with guidance on stretching, strengthening, overall relaxation, and how to improve their posture. The room can also be used for Power Naps and Meditation.

Conference Room

Our Conference Room is designed and furnished to host meetings in a Professional environment that your business deserves. With Powerpoint, Video Streaming and the capacity to seat up to 12 guests, the conference room is the perfect place to host board meetings, conference calls, team gatherings and/or video presentations. The room is available Monday – Friday 9am -7pm and Saturdays 9am – 3pm. Reservations are booked on a first come, first served basis.

Seminar/Classroom

The Seminar Room is the ideal space for conducting classes, seminars and/or events. The room has can hold up to 25 individuals seated or 15 to 18 with tables (classroom style). Also, it is equipped with 3 televisions ( 2 – 65″ and a 75″), HDMI connections and a surround system for an enriched audio experience.
The Seminar Room can be reserved by appointment only and pricing will vary based on the type of event as well as the hours of usage needed.
